Important: Kazakhstan Surrogacy Eligibility
Kazakhstan currently allows surrogacy only for married heterosexual couples who are citizens of Kazakhstan. International intended parents, single intended parents, and same-sex couples are not eligible to enter into a surrogacy contract under the current requirements.
If you are an international intended parent, it is important to confirm your eligibility and consider alternative countries where your family structure may be legally permitted before making financial or medical commitments.
Planning for surrogacy involves more than the basic program fee. The surrogacy cost in Kazakhstan is estimated at around $49,000 to $75,000, depending on the medical treatment required, legal services, surrogate-related expenses, travel, and other services included in the program.
Before making financial commitments, intended parents should also confirm their legal eligibility and understand which services are included in the quoted cost. Eligibility and legal requirements can affect whether a surrogacy program is available to a particular family.

I was introduced to Neelam by a friend who worked with Neelam for surrogacy. Neelam is absolutely wonderful. I am a single male and the journey to fatherhood is not that easy. Neelam connected me to a program ideal for my circumstances. She was with me throughout the pregnancy providing advice and guidance along the way. I am so grateful I found her and am thrilled today that I have a beautiful daughter. I highly recommend Neelam to anyone who is on a journey to become a parent. Having a child has changed my world for the better. I wish others success with their own journey and recommend you connect with Neelam to find a path that is best for you.
